Alnair.jpg’s Tiny Art Shop is a collection of prints, stickers and other stationery-type items created by Alnair.jpg.
The shop is only open for select times and contains both pre-order and leftover items. Please double check which type of item you are purchasing before completing your order.
Profit after production will be donated to charity. For the current run of pre-orders, profit will be donated to the Palestine Children's Relief Fund
Terms of Sale
- All purchases are for personal use only. Both physical and digital content, if applicable, may not be redistributed or resold.
- Prices listed are in USD.
- All items during leftover sales are final, I am unable to handle returns or exchanges.
- Refunds, cancellations and additions can only be handled during pre-orders. Please see the Refunds and Replacements section for more details.
- Once pre-orders have closed, all purchases are final. I am unable to process refunds.
- Pre-order items will move into production and shipping after the pre-order period closes.
- Leftover items are in limited numbers and may not be restocked.
- If you have a question about your order please email me via the “Contact” page with your order number so that I can help.
A Note on orders with both preorder and leftover items
If your order includes both pre order and left over items, the items in stock will be held until the pre order items have been produced and the whole order can be shipped together.
Terms of Shipping
- All packages will be shipped from the USA.
- Before submitting your order, please make sure your address is complete and correct.
- I am unable to ship to the following countries:
- Afghanistan, Belarus, Brazil, Brunei Darussalam, Bhutan, Central African Republic, The Cook Islands, Cuba, East Timor, Fiji, Gaza Strip, Kiribati, Laos, The Marshall Islands, Myanmar, Niue, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Russian Federation, The Solomon Islands, Syrian Arab Republic, Tonga, Tuvalu, Ukraine, Vanuatu, Wallis & Futuna, Yemen, Federated States of Micronesia (Kosrae, Ponape, Yap, Truk)
- An order placed with a shipping address in one of these countries will be canceled and refunded.
- Tracking numbers for packages will be sent to you when shipping begins. If you have not received a tracking number by the time shipping is announced as complete, please reach out to me.
- I am not responsible for any customs, import or VAT fees and cannot alter the cost of the package.
Refunds and Replacements
- When the pre-order period closes, all sales are considered final. I cannot provide refunds for cancellations after this date.
- Refunds can only be handled if requested within the pre-order period or if there is an error by me in handling your order such as an address error or a missing or damaged item due to improper packing.
- If there are issues with your order, please read through the information outlined below to determine the best path forward.
- For incorrect addresses:
- If an incorrect address is provided to me at the time of purchase and the order is returned to me, the buyer must cover additional shipping fees if they wish to have the package resent.
- If the order cannot be delivered due to a mistake with the address on my end, I will provide a free replacement if items are left in stock. If I cannot provide a full replacement, I will offer a full or partial refund depending on the availability of items.
- If an order is lost or stolen, I am not responsible for refunds or replacements.
- If a package is returned to me due to a failure to pay customs fees and the customer would like items resent, they must pay shipping fees again.
- In the case your order arrives with missing or damaged items:
- When contacting me about damaged items, please provide video or photo evidence of the issue.
- Please reach out to us within 1 week of your package being marked as delivered for replacements or refunds.
- If the item is missing or damaged due to a mistake on my end and you are able to provide photo evidence, I will send you a replacement for free. If I do not have the specific item available, I can offer a partial refund depending on the items missing/damaged.
- If the package is damaged due to external issues (such as careless handling by the postal service) and you are able to provide photo evidence, I can provide you a replacement at the cost of shipping if items are in stock. If I cannot provide a full replacement, I will offer a full or partial refund depending on the availability of items.
